Outbound Training

Outbound Training essentially works for forging teamwork through trust building exercises conducted in the lap of nature. After every outdoor session, we encourage participants to introspect on the learning experience and share their personal action plans for enhancing better teamwork. Indoor conceptual sessions are also be held to put the experiences to real life situations.

Open Space Technology

OST is a self-organizing practice of inner discipline and collective activity which releases the inherent creativity and leadership in people. By inviting people to take responsibility for what they care about, we use Open Space as a forum of inquiry, reflection and learning, bringing out the best in both individuals and the whole. The significance lies in the fact that it focuses on a real business issue which is of passionate concern to those who will be involved.

Yoga & Meditation

Yoga and meditation play a vital part in many of our interventions simply because these two powerful tools unlock nervous energy in participants and bring a sense of wholesomeness into the group. Meditation creates ‘attention without tension’ by helping participants to become aware of pre-set mental filters. These dissolve to lead towards the mind’s ground state of unbounded awareness that brings positive benefits to all aspects of life. Yoga, physically speaking, relaxes the body, mentally calms the mind, emotionally stills the emotions, and spiritually aids participants to experience more moments of being, and an overwhelming gratitude and thankfulness with life, work and relationships. It helps integrate–to come from a deeper more peaceful, gentle, graceful and quiet place.

Experiential Learning & Dance

Experiential learning is at the core of our interventions. Almost all of our sessions have participants learning through reflection on doing, focusing on the learning process for the individual. They make discoveries and experiments with knowledge firsthand, instead of hearing or reading about others' experiences. We also use dance as an unorthodox form of experiential learning for relaxation and self-awareness. As a tool, it serves to be very effective in helping participants to unwind, let go of inhibitions and discover a sense of poise and renewed perspective to life.

Mind-Mapping

A mind map is a graphical way to represent ideas and concepts. At Pragati Leadership, we use it extensively as a visual thinking tool that helps structure information, helping participants to better recall, comprehend, synthesize/ analyze and generate new ideas. By the end of the session, participants begin to appreciate that its effectiveness lies in its simplicity, as opposed to traditional note taking, since information here is structured in a way that resembles closely how their brain actually works.
