The need was to train the internal trainers and create a ‘Train the Trainer’ module to train the Heads and Section Heads and in turn to equip them to train supervisors and line engineers for meaningful dialogues in the workforce.
Diagnostic study was conducted as the first step of intervention. Training module on Leadership for Building Effective Relationships was done followed by hand-holding of the Trainers. Train the Trainer module was then imparted. Post the program, post-program study was also conducted to understand the effectiveness.
An increased active participation due to an atmosphere of co-operation and understanding was observed with higher level of trust between the employees and their managers.
