Executive Presence comprises of the intangible qualities that an inspiring leader embodies:
Leaders with Executive Presence are able to project confidence, command attention and trust, and inspire others.
Executive Presence matters because great leadership is about connecting with people, bringing them on the same page and inspiring them towards shared goals. This demands a mix of charisma, empathy, and superior communication – qualities that are an intrinsic part of Executive Presence.
Why organisations invest in Executive Presence training:
Our Executive Presence program uses the PEA framework, approaching Executive Presence through Persona, or how you appear, Essence, or your inner qualities, and Approach, or how you interact and communicate. Introspection, analysis, and practical exercises will guide you in putting these elements into practice as well as internalizing the attitudes behind them. Executive Presence is developed through practicing specific skills:
Pragati Leadership’s Executive Presence program is built on the proprietary PEA framework – Persona, Essence, and Approach. This allows for a deep dive into the nuts and bolts of personal presentation, effective communication, and more. After taking stock of their strengths and weaknesses, participants are enabled in the process of learning and practicing the building blocks of Executive Presence. Finally, participants are guided through finding their first business application for what they’ve learned, as well as in goal-setting and a plan for ongoing learning.
The objectives of the Executive Leadership program are threefold:
All our training programs and interventions are designed to deliver specific, measurable benefits. The final module looks at business applications, mapping skills learned to real world scenarios brought in by participants. Executive Presence concepts are linked with situations like town halls, negotiations, appraisals and decision making.
An acceptable baseline is set against which concrete roadmaps are drafted with our participants, detailing 30, 60, and 90 day milestones. We also provide a framework for ongoing accountability partnerships and resource sharing. All this helps make it easy to quantify the impact of Executive Presence training and measure ROI.
