Our keynote speaker, Mr. Arun Wakhlu, has worked in leadership development and organizational transformation for almost four decades across sectors and countries. Some of India’s best-known corporate leaders acknowledge him as their Guru and mentor. He is Founder-Director and Chief Mentor at Pragati Leadership, and an experienced CXO Coach.
His unique approach integrates Presence and Wholeness with Leadership, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation that creates value for all. Arun has authored several books and papers on these themes and delivered TEDx talks. He is passionate about co-creating organizations and projects that support the well-being and evolution of all stakeholders. Arun is also the Founder Director of the Foundation for Peace and Compassionate Leadership, and serves on the global board of the Charter for Compassion.
