The Inspiring and Successful Leadership Awards (ISLA) 2025 marked the fourth edition of Pragati Leadership’s flagship leadership recognition platform. The awards evening brought together distinguished leaders from across India’s corporate landscape to celebrate leadership that delivers results while shaping cultures, institutions, and long-term impact.
Instituted by Pragati Leadership, ISLA recognizes leaders whose work reflects clarity of purpose, resilience in complexity, and a sustained commitment to people and performance. Judged by a respected jury drawn from corporate and academic circles, ISLA continues to build a credible benchmark for leadership excellence in India.
The 2025 presentation evening unfolded as a thoughtfully curated experience, combining reflection, dialogue, and recognition.
The evening opened with a powerful keynote by Arun Wakhlu, Founder Director, Pragati Leadership, CXO Coach, and author.
His address, From Breakdown to Breakthrough: Redefining Success, invited leaders to re-examine conventional markers of success and reflect on how presence, wholeness, and inner alignment shape sustainable leadership. Drawing from decades of work with senior leaders, Arun Wakhlu offered a grounded and deeply relevant perspective, setting the tone for an evening of insight and introspection.
Following the keynote, participants engaged in a distinctive experiential intervention: the Leadership Coaching Carousel: Rapid Wisdom Trading, facilitated by Sandeep Bhattacharya.
Designed to mirror the spirit of ISLA itself, the session created space for leaders to step into dual roles as mentors and seekers. Through structured, fast-paced exchanges, participants shared lived experiences, challenges, and perspectives, reinforcing the idea that leadership wisdom often resides within the collective.
