The AWARE program from Pragati Leadership skillfully assists leaders in creating internal coping and striving systems that will allow them to function with the best possible health, happiness, and well-being. AWARE stands for Authentic, Wholesome, Assertive, Resilient, and Empathetic. It focuses on the meta-characteristics that allow leaders to operate from a place of joy, which will help them succeed even in the most challenging situations.
