The participants were facing challenges investing in people development and identifying performance and innovation drivers.
The executive coaching process included one to one coaching as well as group coaching/ module delivery. The modules covered various topics of leadership, emotional awareness to importance of goal setting. The module also focused on interpersonal skills and building skills for conflict management and equipping participants with tools for managing people.
The group of coachees benefitted enormously, where they could observe tremendous increase in their determination to achieve the goals. One-on-one coaching helped them in their individual development as well with improved conversation and performance.
