The coachee were facing challenges in people development and identifying Leadership essentials for the transition from First Time Managers to Deputy Managers.
Solution Created Collectively
Three day intervention was used to train the participants on Coaching skills. Based on Coaching Model, importance and relevance of coaching was introduced to them followed by practice sessions. Post practice sessions, action plan for the individual participant was designed.
Results
The intervention helped the participants with greater awareness on need of coaching and the power of listening. It also helped them apply their own ability to develop leaders into good coaches.
