The need was to upgrade / equip the trainers with knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to conduct soft skills / behaviour skills training programs at the appropriate level internally.
The first step of the intervention was desiging and delivering the program- I Catalyst which included meeting few seniors stakeholders and focus group discussion wih participants and their juniors to understand the challenges and needs.
More than 60 trainers of the Company are currently rolling out the customised program independently.
