The Coachee organization wanted a program for first line managers to address the transition from individual contributor to Manager and managing people.
Solution created collectively
The intervention process began with profiling of participants with the help of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) tool. They were then made to understand the importance, competencies required for the role of Manager. Training to understand the Situational Leadership model to deal with different types of team members was imparted.
The program was extremely well received and Pragati Leadership continues to be the client's preferred partner. Till date, 33 Batches have been covered, over the course of 5 years with about 35 participants per program.
