The Organization faced challenges in evolution of shared vision, reinforcement of brand promise, high attrition at entry level and lack of innovation.
Based on pre-program study data, the intervention started with Leadership offsite program with an objective of re-examining and articulating vision and mission and identify key areas of importance for leadership team. For cascading vision, mission, values and goals in the company, the participants were imparted Train the Trainer followed by L&D Strategy creation program.
New organizational DNA was created post the program and Vision, Mission, Values and Goals evolved. The participants had better insight into the organization and positive alignment to organizational vision and mission. Also had deeper insight into new values.
