Need was Top leadership development with the skill-sets to achieve the organizational goals. The coachees lacked strong pipleline of leaders aligned to the organization’s vision.
After understanding the business needs through strengthscope and 360 assessment, learning needs were identified and IDPs were created. Based on this 4 learning modules were done which were done through skype/ telephone coaching and post program impact study was conducted to check its implementation (learnings) to live situations.
The program helped in increased self-awareness and and ehanced listening skills. It also helped the participants build culture of appreciation, build interpersonal relationships and more innovation opportunities in business.
