Top Leadership Teams
2 days, residential offsite
15–18 participants
Day one opens with Hour of Power — mindfulness, movement and breathing practice that sets a different tone before the real conversation starts followed by creative introductions built around the Tree of Life exercise, where each leader shares the roots, storms and fruit of their own journey before the team turns to its shared one.
From there, the team moves into Appreciative Inquiry into its collective Life-Giving Forces, a co-created shared vision, and the trust-building work of Non-Violent Communication and the Light Seat feedback method. The evening closes with Talent Night, where leaders set aside titles and show a side of themselves the boardroom never sees often the fastest bonding moment of the two days.
Day two turns outward, using Power of Pause and naming the resistance of the EGO, Open Space Technology on the issues that actually block the vision the team has just co-created. The program ends with Harvest & Synthesis – a three-high-leverage change project to be carried forward.
It ends with each department stating a concrete and specific NEED and a GIVE with a written commitment and Cohen & Bradford’s Influence Without Authority to give what the other department actually values and not that is easy to offer.
