We have instituted the Inspiring and Successful Leadership Awards (ISLA) in 2022, to recognize corporate leaders in India who have motivated high-achieving teams and led their organizations towards success in business and social indicators.
Enter this exciting contest by sharing an outline of a Leadership Development Intervention at your organization that has had the maximum impact. We will be looking for new and innovative approaches and measurable impact.
To enter the contest, or nominate someone for it, send us a presentation outlining the leadership development intervention and why you consider it most effective in no more than 5 slides. The last date for sending in your entries is 31st August 2023.
Shortlisted teams will be invited to the Presentation Ceremony of the Inspiring and Successful Leadership Awards on Wednesday, the 13th of September at the Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai.
