The need was to conduct Assessment Centre and Development Centre for the development of high potential employees to be groomed from Store Manager to Area Manager.
Solution Created Collectively
Appropriate Design and Assessment tool was selected and Development centre was conducted. Feedback was provided along with IDP creation and implementation.
Results
Selected participants were able to set focussed IDPs. The company benefitted significantly as the most deserving people for promotion were identified.
