The need was to conduct a team-building training program for developing managerial excellence for the senior managers.
Pre and post-program study was conducted. The intervention began with helping the managers to identify their strengths in the team and introduced to the concept of AAG- Awareness, Appreciation and Gratitude. Light seat technique was used for training. Post program study was done to understand how they benefitted and if there was any progress on the commitments they made during the program.
Around 68% of the managers reported positively on the commitments they had made during the program. It helped increase the business at more locations worldwide. 100% utilization of resources was seen to reach the targets. More positive enviornment was observed.
