The challenge was that the process and techinical trainers in the organization were unable to link trainings to the business results/needs and so had no visible impact of the trainings.
Pre-program study was conducted before the intervention was implemented. The intervention process beagn with Train the Trainer modules in order to introduce the participants to concepts of Training Need Analysis (TNA), designing the program in accordance with TNA, Adult Learning Principles and then preparing Action Learning project. Based on their Action learning project assessment the certification was done.
79% of participants were certified and the skills of participants in writing training objectives, design, and delivery of programs were enhanced.
