Sandeep is a Certified ICF PCC Executive Coach and is certified in Hogan and DISC. He is also a certified Leadership Assessor from Audi AG.

Over 26 years of experience including 16 years in the corporate sector leading teams and P&L. His roles involved direct P&L responsibility, Business Development, product management, marketing and developing direct reports. Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur (1996) and B.E. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh (1992).


Sandeep is the author of the book, The Accountability Clock: Guide to building an Accountability & Ownership culture at Workplace.   He is also Director of WhiteLight Consulting, which is focused on using Arts@Workplace — that is Sandeep for you.  His multi-skilled persona is exemplified in the diversity of engagements he creates.

Words that clients use to describe Sandeep are Big Picture, Imaginative, Authentic and Result oriented.  Sandeep loves reading non-fiction and when not working, he loves being close to nature, reading and spending time watching the morning Sun.  He is committed to promoting women in business and have served as an empaneled mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation since 2019. He is an active supporter of theatre artists in his community outside of work. He lives in Mumbai with his wife and one daughter.
